Arris blinking green light

Arris SB8200 Suddenly Has All Green Lights. I have an Arris SB8200 modem. Suddenly today the modem has all green lights. The downstream light normally is blue. I assume this means that DOCSIS 3.1 is not working. I logged into the modem and all the channels are unlocked. Has anyone else experienced this?.
